Life Skills – Mindfulness & Meditation

Come explore interesting topics with real people.  Our Life Skills seminar begins on January 16th from 5pm – 6pm, and meets every other Thursday.  Topics will include different cooking techniques, what to expect when living abroad, an exploration of different relaxation techniques from around the world, and much, much more.  We look forward to seeing you there!
