Shyvone "Shy" Blunt Program Director Shyvone Blunt graduated from East West University with a Bachelors in English & Communications, and minored in procrastination. Shy is a quick witted rebel who marches to the beat of her own drum and brings her own special flair to the YO. She believes strongly in the philosophy of the great Ghandi: "Be the change you want to see in the world."

Joanna "Jo" Swift Executive Director Joanna Swift graduated from Earlham College with a Bachelors in Peace and Global Studies, focusing on Conflict Resolution in Youth. In addition to stopping by as a Glenview teen back in the day, Joanna has been with the YO in a professional capacity since 2007. On one hand she's the face of the WYO, advocating for teens wherever she goes, but to the YO regulars she's a crafty, silly friend who's always there to listen.
