'The Burne' By the WYO

Every Tuesday & Thursday (3:30 pm – 5 pm)

Located at Carleton Washburne Middle School and open to only Washburne students.

Since 2016, District 36 welcomed the Winnetka Youth Organization to provide after-school programming within Carleton Washburne Middle School (grades 7th – 8th grade). These hours within the school allow for WYO staff to provide an inviting space and support system for students to foster relationships with their peers, outside of the classroom setting.

Examples of After-School Programs Include:

• Game Tournaments
• Craft and DIY Activities
• Community Outings, such as Bowling
• Ice Cream Socials
• Social Service Projects
